I had some idea of the negative, harmful impacts of 'fast fashion' on people and the environment - like the fact the fashion industry is the second highest polluting industry in the world, second only to coal. But this film was a real eye-opener.

We should all be questioning why the price of fashion has been decreasing over the years, especially as everything else continues to go up. The True Cost shows how fashion corporations have been getting away with this, and the real price is paid by the workers and our planet.
